Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right not to award the prizes if the entrant fails to meet these terms.
2. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize if the entrant fails to comply with these terms.
3. The promoter is the Birdsville Race Club Inc (ABN: 95 242 670 295), Birdsville Race Club, C/- Post Office, Birdsville, QLD 4482, Australia.
4. Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are residents of Australia. Employees of the promoter, sponsors, and any agencies or individuals directly associated with the competition or prize are ineligible to enter.
5. Entrants must be individuals and not companies or organisations.
6. The competition opens on Tuesday 21st July 2026 and closes on Friday 28th August 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
7. Entry is free. Entrants can only submit one entry. To enter, participants must upload an online Roadies profile ( https://birdsvilleraces.com/roadies/join ) and share on social media a photograph of their team alongside their door sticker on their profile page. The photograph must also be posted to social media using the hashtags #BIRDSVILLERACESROADIES and #BIRDSVILLERACES. If your social media account is private, then email your entry to events@birdsvilleraces.com
8. The prize is two tickets to Saturday’s TAB Birdsville Cup OBE Pavilion. VIP trackside hospitality marquee featuring all-inclusive hospitality and prime track side viewing. Roadies cap, polo and stubby holder per team member. Roadies branded items, non-dated.
9. The prize is not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable, and not transferable.
10. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value or inclusions.
11. The winner will be selected at random by the Birdsville Race Club on Monday 31st August 2026.
12. The winner will be notified via . The winner will have seven (7) days to accept the prize. If they do not accept, another winner will be drawn at random.
13. The promoter will not contact entrants via any unofficial Facebook or social media accounts.
14. The promoter will never request payment or financial details to claim a prize.
15. By entering, participants agree to the promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering this competition and marketing, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the promoter’s Privacy Policy.
16. Personal details will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with express consent.
17. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any issues accessing the website. The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
18. If the competition or prize is varied, postponed, or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the promoter and any associated parties will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
19. The promoter reserves the right, subject to regulatory approval, to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if necessary, including where entries do not comply with terms or external events prevent its proper conduct.
20. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability related to the competition.
21. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
