YOUR ROADIES TEAM PROFILE
This is your opportunity to create your team profile and request to connect with other teams. Your team profile can only be completed by the individual that purchased the tickets to the 2025 Birdsville Races, who we refer to as the ‘Team Captain’.
How it works
1. Create your profile
Create your profile by completing the fields provided. Your team name, your individual ‘crew’ names, team pic and state of origin, will be visible to all users on this site. This is an important feature that allows other teams to search for you and request to connect with your team. However, your contact details provided (email/mobile) will not be visible on these searches or on your profile page.
2. Search for other Roadies
Search for other Roadies on the ‘Roadies Teams’ page. Teams may request to ‘Connect’ with another team by selecting the ‘Private Message’ button on another team’s profile. Once you create and send a message, an email will be sent from this site to the recipient team captain.
3. Make a connection
Once a private message is received, it’s then up to the team captain to reply to the requesting team, if they so choose. Going forward, teams can then agree to utilise whichever personal connection platforms they wish on an ongoing basis (mobile, email, Facebook, Instagram etc.).
4. Team login
You must be logged in to the site in order to send private messages to other teams, change/update your profile or check on connection requests, if you missed an email. To log in, you will need your team captain’s email address and the password the team captain created when forming your team profile in step 1. We encourage team captains to share these details with your crew so that they too can request connections with other teams and provide profile updates.

Entries must feature a photograph of your team alongside your door sticker on your profile page and the photograph must also be posted to social media using the hashtags #BIRDSVILLERACESROADIES and #BIRDSVILLERACES .
