Challenge 1
Photo or video of your Roadies team visiting at least two tourist and / or hospitality sites within any of the five Roadies Hubs. Information on Roadie Hubs & attractions can be found here.
Challenge 2
Photo or video or your Roadies team in front of one of five Birdsville Races Roadies Hub signs (pictured below) which are located in the towns of Cunnamulla, Mt Isa, Quilpie, Windorah and Longreach. *If not visiting any of these towns, we encourage Roadies to still submit your entry on the other three challenges and your entry will be considered.
Challenge 3
Photo or video of your Roadies team visiting at least one attraction in the Birdsville area. Some ideas here.
Challenge 4
Photo or video of your Roadies team in front of your vehicle featuring your door sticker.
Amazing Prize for the Amazing Race
The one lucky winner, who has met all four challenges in the most colourful and interesting fashion, will be carefully selected to win;
- Four (4) tickets to RFDS Birdsville Races Gala on Thursday 3 September 2026. The most glamorous event of race week where you can dress up and experience outback hospitality in style including live entertainment and a live auction.
- Four (4) tickets to Friday’s Birdsville Races OBE Pavilion. VIP trackside hospitality marquee featuring all-inclusive hospitality and prime track side viewing.
How to Enter
Entries must complete all four challenges* and be posted to social media using the hashtags #ROADIESAMAZINGRACE #BIRDSVILLERACESROADIES and #BIRDSVILLERACES.
To assist us in tracking your entry, we request that you upload your 4 x completed challenges in one post rather than separate posts.

Amazing Race Competition Terms & Conditions
- Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right not to award the prizes if the entrant fails to meet these terms.
- The promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize if the entrant fails to comply with these terms.
- The promoter is the Birdsville Race Club Inc (ABN: 95 242 670 295), Birdsville Race Club, C/- Post Office, Birdsville, QLD 4482, Australia.
- Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are residents of Australia. Employees of the promoter, sponsors, and any agencies or individuals directly associated with the competition or prize are ineligible to enter.
- Entrants must be individuals and not companies or organisations.
- The competition opens on Friday 21st August 2026 and closes on Wednesday 2 September 2026 at 12:00pm AEST.
- Entry is free. Entrants can only submit one entry. To enter, participants must upload an online Roadies profile ( https://birdsvilleraces.com/roadies/join ) and share on social media a photograph of their team alongside their door sticker on their profile page. The photograph must also be posted to social media using the hashtags #BIRDSVILLERACESROADIES and #BIRDSVILLERACES. If your social media account is private, then email your entry to events@birdsvilleraces.com
- The prize is Four (4) tickets to RFDS Birdsville Races Gala on Thursday 3 September 2026 and four (4) tickets to Friday’s Birdsville Races OBE Pavilion. VIP trackside hospitality marquee featuring all-inclusive hospitality and prime track side viewing.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable, and not transferable.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value or inclusions.
- The winner will be selected at random by the Birdsville Race Club on Wednesday 2 September 2026 after 12pm AEST.
- The winner will have seven (7) days to accept the prize. If they do not accept, another winner will be drawn at random.
- The promoter will not contact entrants via any unofficial Facebook or social media accounts.
- The promoter will never request payment or financial details to claim a prize.
- By entering, participants agree to the promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering this competition and marketing, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the promoter’s Privacy Policy.
- Personal details will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with express consent.
